The J4 Experience

Something I've learned since last February when Butters got his recall papers, what the orders are and what is actually done are two very different things. Sometimes, I'm not a big fan of this giant, monolithic institution. That's all I'm saying. I may explain later at some point, but from now on, I would like to refer to disappointing news as the "J4 Experience."
