Help Wanted

>> Thursday, October 8, 2009

For those few, but loyal readers of Operation Enduring Butters and anyone following the events unfolding in A-Stan, you may have heard about the tragic events that transpired at two remote American combat outposts near the Pakistan border that was overrun by 300 insurgents. Eight soldiers fell victim to the attack that day. Needless to say, the base was ravaged of their needed supplies. The soldiers left behind, however, must still continue the mission.

The American Legion, a veteran's service organization, has set up a relief fund. Additionaly, several other generous bloggers are accepting donations for much needed items (Winter Wool Hiking Socks, PT clothes, etc.) For anyone that would like to donate, The American Legion, a veteran's service organization, has organized a relief fund for the men of Bravo Troop 361 Cavalry. Please see the following links. Any help you can provide will be appreciated. Please spread the word. A hearty thanks from me!!
